RETURNS & REFUNDS
Online purchases are valid for exchange or store credit within 14 days from the ship date through our returns portal. All returned or exchanged items must be unopened, undamaged, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. If the above criteria is not met or an item is deemed final sale, we will unfortunately be unable to process the return.
Refunds
Refunds are issued for damaged, defective, or items never received. Funds will be returned in the tender they were received. In all other circumstances, we're glad to offer an exchange or store credit. Please allow 3-7 business days for processing.
Processing Times
Please allow up to 7-10 business days after shipping your product for your return to be processed. An email will be sent to you once the return is processed. If a balance is owed to you, please allow 1-5 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.
SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Most orders will arrive within 4-10 business days.
Shipping fees are paid at the time of purchase. For returns by mail, the customer is responsible for paying shipping costs.

Collection of Information
Scent Buzz will collect and use information obtained from credit card/e check transactions only for business purposes. These business purposes include the payment of your donation dollar amount. Scent Buzz collects your email address when you make a purchase, with your email address only being used as a form of contact regarding that purchase transaction. Scent Buzz will never share your email with a third-party, other than the payment processing vendor for business purposes.
Protecting Your Credit Card Information
The credit card/e check information provided by you to Scent Buzz will be stored in a confidential manner. Our employees may access such information only when there is an appropriate business reason to do so, such as when a refund must be issued back to the credit card/checking account. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information, and our employees are required to follow these privacy standards.
Disclosure of Your Information
Scent Buzz does not disclose any nonpublic information (such as credit card number and their expiration dates) or checking information (such as checking account numbers or routing numbers) about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law. We disclose information only when it is necessary for the conduct of Federal government business, or under circumstances where disclosure is required by law. Information may also be disclosed for audit purposes, to regulatory agencies or for other general administrative services. We do not disclose information about you to other entities whom, may want to sell their products to you.
